Nathan is ambitious. He works hard for his client’s success. He expects his team to work hard for his client’s success.

Nathan builds great relationships with people. Sometimes he builds those relationships over a beer.

Nathan drives system and strategy implementation at Equals Three (and with his clients).

Paul works too hard. He can’t help it. He loves it.

Paul believes in the power of family business to improve the lives of business owners and their families. He’s been working on improving his clients’ lives, right here at Equals Three since 1996.

Paul also supports Daniel Bruce in leading our Mortgage Broking team.

Dan is a problem solver who doesn’t take no for an answer. He spent many years working in his family’s business. He now loves getting great loans for other people’s family businesses.

Dan works closely with our accounting team to get the right loans, at the right rate, for our clients’ homes, investments, businesses, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.

Dan would love to write some easy mortgages. Maybe one day. For now, let’s keep challenging him.

Equals Three clients have told us how wonderful Carla is for a couple of decades. After a long stint as our internal accounts “team,” Carla started doing what she did for us, for our clients.
